By registering on this site, you can analyze enemy systems, study their design, find weak points, and create effective countermeasures.
This is a space for engineers, scientists, labs, and international partners who are working to give Ukraine and its allies a technological advantage.

We’ve collected a catalog of the aggressor country’s military equipment for you.
The catalog has 79 categories and subcategories for easy navigation. You can also use the site search.The following information is available on each product page:

<Who can access online research?>

Registered users can view research results from authorized organizations and use this information to create or improve their own defense solutions.

<How to request a sample for offline research?>

On each item page, a registered user can submit an application to receive a sample for offline research.
To do this, simply fill out the form on the website and confirm the request with an digital signature.
The platform admins will review your request and contact you to arrange sample transfer details.
If needed, samples can be provided for research that involves partial damage or complete destruction — just specify the planned research in the request form.

If you can’t find the sample you need after browsing categories, subcategories, and using the search function, you can submit a request through the appropriate form on the website.
Please provide as many details as possible about the sample and the purpose of your research.
Platform admins will contact the institutions responsible for storing and transferring captured samples to check if the product or its components can be provided.
Once we get a response, we’ll let you know about available options and next steps.

<Who can access the catalog?>

Anyone can view the list of categories, but sample pages and research results are only available to registered users.The following can register on the platform:

scientific organizations registered in Ukraine
military units of the AFU, NGU and SBGSU
defense technology manufacturers that have already supplied products to the state or military units
government agencies or defense authorities of partner countries with a security agreement
foreign defense companies from partner countries that meet Ministry of Defense requirements

Access is denied to legal entities under sanctions, those with ties to the aggressor state, or those registered in temporarily occupied territories.

<How to share your own research results?>

Registered users can upload their own research results in their account on the site.
After uploading, materials go through moderation: admins check for platform compliance, uniqueness, and scientific value.
Once approved, results will be published on the relevant product page and become available to other researchers, expanding the shared knowledge base.

<How do government institutions register?>

Most government agencies have already received access to the portal through centralized pre-verification. If your institution does not yet have access, please send an official letter confirming your authority. The provided data will be verified. If successful, you will receive an email with a password and login to access the site, view the catalog, and item pages.

<How to register a Ukrainian non-governmental organization or defense manufacturer?>

Ukrainian private companies and manufacturers submit an online application and provide documents confirming their activity in the defense sector. We then conduct a review, which usually takes up to 10 business days. Additional materials may be requested if needed. Once approved, you will receive an email confirming your registration and next steps.

<How do foreign non-governmental organizations and defense manufacturers register?>

Foreign companies and organizations submit an application with documents confirming their legal status and representative’s authority. Document verification usually takes up to 10 business days. If clarification is needed, we will contact the applicant. Once the review is complete, the applicant receives an email with the decision and access information.

<How to register a military unit?>

To register, a military unit submits an application and an official letter from the command. The letter must be signed with a digital signature/Almaz, then attached during the application process. Data verification usually takes up to 10 business days. After processing, you will receive the result and access instructions by email.
